PowerHouse Workforce allows you to build custom job role pre-screening and onboarding programs. You have the option for candidates to self-assess their level of skill in designated areas which can verified by your managers
There is also the option to add a selection of induction courses and training programs to your onboarding program. All results and certificates are saved in personal Workforce Wallets.
PowerHouse Workforce allows you to import your skills matrix into the Job Role Framework Manager.
The platform then allows you to tag a skill or set of skills to a course, training program, event and webinar. As the employee completes the training activity the skill outcomes if recorded in their Workforce Wallet.
PowerHouse Job Role Framework allow you to assign the following skills types to a role:
> Self-Assessed Skills that relate to the job.
> Knowledge based skills that are achieved when a course, training program, webinar or an event has been completed.
> A verified job skill that is supported with evidence i.e. an image or video upload.
PowerHouse Workforce features a dedicated CPD module that allows you to create CPD target hours and apply to each group role. This modules tracks and reports on the progress and completion of CPD.
When CPD is enabled, administrators can assign CPD hours to courses, events, webinars and learning programs.
Your Private Pools can be organised into Job Role Talent Pipelines to allow HR to identify and develop future talent for the role.
The Private Pools and Workforce Wallet data helps your business prepare for all contingencies by preparing high-potential workers for advancement.
