Recruit creates a job ad that you can push to your job boards, your recruiters and your private and public talent pools. All applicants are channelled back to the single dashboard to view their rankings.

Recruit reads and ranks your CVs and generates job weighted scores for each candidate. Recruit pre-screens candidates and generates a Profile Match to guide and inform the shortlisting of candidates.

PowerHouse Work Ready: custom onboarding.

PowerHouse Work Ready builds customised onboarding workflows that can be assigned to specific job roles, locations and types of workers.

Onboarding workflows can feature welcome pages with text, video, images and customised forms to collect payroll information. Add compliance uploads, background checks, suitability assessments, induction courses and verification of core job skills. 

Managers can monitor the induction progress of their new staff and executives can view company-wide data to assess workforce data.

Managers assist new hires with inbuilt messaging, uploading files, verifying compliance records and extending due dates. All data collected during pre-screen and onboarding workflows are stored in personal workforce wallets which can be tracked by managers.


PowerHouse Work Ready: monitoring & reporting.

PowerHouse Work Ready manages the data collection that relates to a job role. Compliance records include expiry dates and alerts are posted to workers and managers when the file is due to expire.

Work Ready allows you to upload a library of essential compliance and credential files. The Framework Manager build your specific job roles with core skills and compliance files. The portal guides the completion of upskilling and record collection.

Core skills and compliance files are added to Work Ready shields. The shield displays a worker’s real-time status to facilitate safe rostering or clearance for site access.

All compliance and credential files are added to the personal workforce wallets for each employee and contractor.


PowerHouse Work Ready: Continuous Upskilling.

PowerHouse Work Ready manages the build of training and skilling programs that are assigned to the job roles that you create in the Framework Module.

Create a library of core job skills that apply to the job roles in your business. Create or import courses, publish events and webinars as part of your upskilling program. Tag skills to all training activities and as your team complete their programs, their profiles are updated dynamically with their skill acquisition.

Workers complete self-assessment on all core skills and during performance reviews these skills are verified by your managers. Critical skills can be validated by managers by viewing uploaded evidence. All upskilling data is recorded in the Workforce Wallets.


Managing your team's data in Workforce Wallets.

The PowerHouse Workforce Platform centralises all of your employee and contractor data in personal Workforce Wallets.


When a worker completes a course, event or webinar the training record is updated. A worker responds to workforce insights or uploads a new certificate, license or compliance record and the data is stored and monitored. When a job profile upskilling program is completed and the data is recorded and a work-ready shield is published. 

A worker and their manager can review their job role skills gap analysis and take actions to upskill and comply with the criteria. Managers can verify work skills, sight and validate documents and view pending expiry dates to ensure that all workers are compliant.

The Workforce Wallet produces data analytics and trending information that applies to their teams or groups. This data is used to inform future investment and initiatives in workforce compliance, upskilling, retention and wellness.
