PowerHouse Workforce uses advanced AI and parsing tools that read and rank the candidate's CV directly against the job role. CVs are auto-read and ranked in responsive candidate pipelines for your recruiters.
PowerHouse Workforce allows you to create a job role pre-screen workflow and assign this to the job post. As the applicant uploads their CV for a job, the pre-screen workflows appears in the application screen and you can get applicants to upload their compliance files, background checks and qualifications that are stored in Workforce Wallets to be viewed by your recruiters.
The platform allows you to create a Job Role Framework for each job role and assign these to the post. The framework can include a Work Ready Shield that collects all of the information and file uploads that you require from a contractor to add to your roster immediately. Your recruiters can easily validate their files and experience and upload to the roster.
The PowerHouse Candidate Pipeline provides an answer to that problem. Post a job to the talent community, your job boards and recruiters and all candidates complete the pre-screen and their profiles are assessed in ranked candidate pipelines.
The Pre-Screen Workflow module is integrated with the PowerHouse App Marketplace which allows you to add third-party apps such as police and visa checks and suitability assessments.
