PowerHouse Hub is a thought leader and pioneer in the area of workforce management. Incorporated in 2006, we launched our global award winning PowerHouse Learning Management System into the corporate sector to enable them to provide just-in-time training to upskill their teams. In 2022, we have launched a new generation of the SaaS platform which is trusted and licensed by governments, multi-nationals, corporations, universities and SMEs. 

In 2019, we envisaged the Future of Work and understood that we need to expand our operations and business scope by introducing the ability for our customers to use our platform to quickly find, select and onboard talent. We also knew that we had to provide agility for employers to provide employment opportunities for permanent, casual, freelancer, part-time and contingent workforces. After a global search, we partnered with Hired 1st and their recruitment Ai engine.    

Today we offer our customers a SaaS application, the Powerhouse Workforce Platform, which is a complete worker profiling solution that generates data during talent sourcing, selection, deployment and performance. The dynamic profiling gives your business the edge with workforce mobility. Sector based talent marketplaces feature global recruitment leaders, traineeship providers and skilling organisations provide new ways for our customers to find and deploy talent quickly to drive baseline productivity.
